ZG, ZD series slurry pumps have a flow rate of 4.3~6000m3/h and a lift of 8.6~126m. ZG series slurry pump is an ideal energy-saving replacement product to replace HH series medium-concentration, medium-abrasive WARMAN (Warman) pump. Among them, ZG (P) series slurry pump can be used in multi-stage series within the allowable pressure range, and its maximum working The max pressure is 3.6Mpa. ZD series is an ideal energy-saving replacement product to replace AH series of high-concentration and strong-abrasive WARMAN pumps.
Structure
ZG, ZD series slurry pumps are horizontal, single-stage, cantilever, centrifugal slurry pumps. ZG, ZD series pumps are of double casing structure. The flow parts of ZG and ZG slurry pumps of the same diameter can be interchanged, and the external and installation dimensions are exactly the same.
The transmission part of ZG, ZD series slurry pumps adopts a horizontally open thin oil lubricating bracket, and is equipped with two sets of water cooling systems inside and outside. Cooling water can be added when necessary (the temperature of the conveyed liquid is greater than 70 degrees Celsius or the temperature of the bearing is greater than 80 degrees Celsius).

A total of more than 120 sets of pump equipment are exported to South Africa in 2020, and the highest series reaches five stages. The equipments are in good condition so far.
